It's not enough to translate the Bible; it's not enough to distribute the Bible. Our desire is to see real Scripture Engagement: people encountering God's Word in life-changing ways. Here you'll find hundreds of resources to help encourage Bible engagement around the world.

This website is provided by the Scripture Engagement development group of the Forum of Bible Agencies International (FOBAI). It is developed and maintained by SIL International and hosted by Pioneer Bible Translators.

FOBAI is an alliance of 40 international Bible Agencies and other missions organizations with a shared vision: “working together to maximize the worldwide access and impact of God's Word.” This vision conveys that the Forum is not only concerned with delivery of Scripture but also, most importantly, with engaging people in the Word of God so that lives may be changed.

The goal of the website is to provide practical help for facilitating encounters with God through interaction with His Word. It contains resources, links and details of training opportunities that we have found useful in the work of encouraging Scripture Engagement.
