There is a panorama view to see all stories in a project at a glance, with status indicators like “Preliminary Approval” and “Final Approval”. Stories can be organized into tabs by theme.
Work is synchronized online for real-time collaboration. People have roles like facilitator, consultant, and coach.
When someone completes a task, they advance the story to the next stage. This triggers a notification to the next person who needs to work on that story.
